SHIPPING POLICY:
 
Autosport Volkswagen Parts offers UPS ground, next day, and two day shipping for our customers. All orders that are over $50.00 and shipped ups ground to the 48 continental United States is FREE. All ups ground orders under $50.00 are $5.50. All merchandise MUST be inspected FOR DAMAGE upon RECEIPT. we must be notified within 24 hours IF THERE IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE SO WE MAY PLACE A FREIGHT CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.
 
 
 
RETURN POLICY:
 
We have a 21 DAY RETURN POLICY. MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION. All freight must be pre-paid by the customer. No parts can be returned AFTER 21 DAYS.

Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return:
 
  • Any item in its original condition that either did not fit or was a core return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
  • Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Service manuals are not returnable.
  • No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
